I have read and understand the notes about renting the venue.

1. 7 Oaks requests that private evening events with alcohol (not Including weddings) are kid free. Or 12 and up (some exceptions to this rule may apply).
2. Due to limited availability we are no longer hosting baby showers. Wedding showers are still an option.
3. Weddings are limited to 150 comfortably (all weather). With no more than 7 bridesmaids or 7 groomsmen. Tables and chairs to be secured and paid for by the rentee.
4. Weddings and receptions on site start at $2000 and go up to $4500 with an additional $500 during December.
5. Coordination is required for all weddings.
6. Vendors must be on our preferred vendor list.
7. BYOB is only available through our Wildflower Package.
