What is the guest capacity of the venue?
We can accommodate up to 200 guests comfortably.
Is the venue available for tours?
Yes, tours are available by appointment during our regular hours. Book a tour here.

How do I reserve my wedding date?
You can reserve your date by contacting us directly. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your booking. Get started here.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, and major credit cards.

What is your policy on children at the venue?
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to ask that unruly children be taken off the premises.
Are outside vendors allowed?
Yes, you are welcome to choose your own vendors. However, day-of coordinator is required, and our in-house coordinator is available for hire.
Are pets allowed?
We do not allow pets. We do allow service dogs.
Can we BYOB?
We only allow BYOB with the new “Wildflower” package (find more details at 7OaksWeddings.com/Packages). For other packages, with enough notice we can get all your desired beverages on site and offer major discounts on alcohol packages with two day rentals.
Does the venue allow smoking?
Yes in designated areas! Absolutely no vaping or smoking inside.
Does the venue allow confetti or glitter?
No.

Is bar service included?
Yes, bar service with glassware is included in your rental. A 20% gratuity applies to open bar sales.
Do you provide linens?
Linens are available for an additional fee of $150, with color options including black, white, navy, and ivory. Please note we do not offer tableware.
My (insert family member) likes to cook can they bring in the catering?
Negotiable with waiver and our staff paid to serve and clean up. $350
Can we cook or grill on site? Food trucks?
We do allow a catering service that specializes in grilled steaks to cook on site. No seafood boils of any kind. Yes to food trucks! We have a power source in place!
Do you provide lodging?
Yes! We have a great discounted rate at the closest hotel! They also offer a shuttle service!
preparation & planning
When can vendors and the bridal party access the venue?
Vendors are allowed on-site from 10 AM to 10 PM (unless your rental is a 2 day rental).
Bridal Party & Groomsmen Access: Access to suites as early as 10am the morning of the wedding.
Can we rehearse at the venue?
Yes, rehearsals can take place any available day or evening, Monday through Wednesday prior to your wedding date, unless a two-day rental is purchased.
Can we take engagement pictures on site prior to our wedding date?
Yes!
